All 2011 Annual Meeting CME credits/participation must be claimed by December 31, 2011. Credits/participation for the 2011 Annual Meeting cannot be claimed after this date.You must scan your badge upon entrance into courses and sessions (except for Plenary) offered for credit to have your credits automatically entered onto your transcript. Credits will be awarded only to the person whose name is associated with the badge. Plenary credits must be self reported with a valid badge log-in at the CME Booth.

Accreditation Statement
The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc. (AUAER) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc. designates this live activity for a maximum of 56.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
International Physicians
International physicians may also earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ by participating in CME activities certified through American organizations accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Accredited providers may designate activities for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ regardless of the location of the activity. Non-physician Health Professionals
AUAER is not accredited to offer credit for non-physician health professionals. However, AUAER will issue documentation of participation that states that the activity was certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
